Hockey Pub doors open at 6pm at the Algonquin Hotel, Poker Tourny Starts at 8. $10 a person, door prizes included and all proceeds go to support local Midget Hockey.

The Honky Tonk Angels presented by The Sault Theatre Workshop @ presents, at the Studio Theatre, 121 Pittsburg Ave, Tickets for adults are $20, students $12, call 946-4031 or 946-4513 for tickets.

~SATURDAY 16th~

Stuff A Cruiser OPP will be collecting food items to be donated to the Soup Kitchen for the holiday season from 10am - 5pm outside Romes.

Looking for Angelina Special Edition DVD's are available for purchase at the Water Tower, autographed by director Sergio Navarretta, from 11 am – 1 pm, and 2 pm – 4 pm. Dvd is $25 and includes A behind-the-scenes documentary.

Senior Dinner Dance presented by The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25. Cocktails @ 6pm, Dinner (Turkey and all the fixings!) at 7 with dance to follow. Music by Midway. All seniors welcome!

A musical evening featuring the Northland Barbershop Chorus and Webbsurround Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7pm. Arthur Funeral Home 492 Wellington Street East. Proceeds of $10 entry fee to support Child Find Ontario - SSM.

Lake Superior State hockey LSSU take on U.S. Under-18 Team. Special guests include the Royal Canadian Legion Drum and Trumpet Band and local veterans who will receive free admission. Bring a Teddy Bear to toss after the first Laker goal. Donated bears will go to the Department of Children's Services. Game starts at 7:05pm at the Taffy Abel Arena. Algoma Pride will be hosting a Dance at the Algonquin Hotel, 864 Queen St. $ 5 cover after 10:30.

The Economy Studs at Bottoms Up, 280 Queen St. 2nd Floor, 10:00pm show time.

Sexy Saturdays at Stir Pub.

The Sundowners will be at the Royal Canadian Legion from 8-12am.

Catherine Taddo @ LopLops. Cover for 's show on Saturday is only $2.00 but evveryone is encouraged to bring 2 cans of food instead instead to help with the LopLop canned food drive for the soup kitchen over the holidays.

At The Movies Charlotte's Web, Rocky Balboa, Apocalypto, Blood Diamond and more at Galaxy Cinemas, Station Mall.

Traditional Christmas Music and Sing-Along concert Presented by The Chamber Singers of Algoma with the newly formed Steeltown Silver Band at 2:30p.m. Precious Blood Cathedral. Tickets available at Savoy’s Jewellers all three locations. Call Patty at 705-254-5300.
