SAULT STE. MARIE FIRE SERVICES

On Wednesday, May 13, 2020, Sault Ste. Marie Fire Service crews were called to reported grass fire in the west-end area of the city.
Shortly before 11 a.m., fire crews responded to a grass fire in the 1600 block of Third Line West. The fire spread to multiple adjacent shed structures. Crews were able to contain and extinguish the fire.
As a result of the fire, multiple sheds on the property were damaged. The fire is not considered suspicious in nature and remains under investigation.
There are no injuries to report.
