8 p.m. update
The issue at St. Paul Catholic School has been resolved.
"The gas leak was caused by the accumulation of snow on the roof, which led to a crack in one of the gas pipes," said Danielle Dupuis, communications officer with the Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board.
"The pipe has since been repaired, and all additional snow has been removed to prevent further issues. School will resume as usual tomorrow."
