Style savvy shoppers helped the Sault Area Hospital Foundation (SAHF) raise over $18,000 at the 3rd Annual Clothing Collective, held Sept. 27. Once again event organizers, Dr. Bridget Lamberts and 49th Apparel’s Daryl Wier, transformed the mezzanine level of the Machine Shop into a stylish boutique.
“This was our best event yet,” said co-host Dr. Bridget Lamberts. “We were thrilled with the turn out and excited to see so many familiar faces out supporting this event and helping us raise funds for the hospital.”
New this year, guests were treated to polish changes and eye brow threading courtesy of The Ten Spot and Greenhouse Spa. The Powder Room Beauty bar was also back to join in on the fun, with their second year of sharing their services and interacting with guests.
“These fabulous female entrepreneurs were a great addition to the event,” said Daryl Wier, 49th Apparel owner. “So much fun was had by all, shopping, socializing and supporting a great cause.”
“Events like the Clothing Collective raise the dollars needed to purchase medical equipment for our hospital,” said SAHF’s Tasha Varpio. “Thank you for joining us in making outstanding care possible."
A special thank you goes out to Laser Advantage for not only sponsoring the event, but also donating to the raffle and providing gift bags to every guest.
