The stage is set for next week's finals in the Women's Hockey League after semi-final action at John Rhodes arena.

Crawford's Canines will meet Investors Group in the playoff championship, while Source for Sports and Algoma Insurance will play in the consolation final. Play It Again Sports and Lafarge will wrap up their two-game, total points "Cellar Stars" series for the battle of fifth place. Games begin at 7:00 p.m. at Memorial Gardens on Monday, April 14th.

Monday night, Crawford's came up with a huge effort against Source for Sports and skated to a 5-2 win. Lisa Venier led the Canines' attack with four goals. Lois Pine had the other goal.
