U18 AA SOO JR. GREYHOUNDS

The U18 AA Soo Jr. Greyhounds went undefeated in a best of three series over the weekend to take home gold at the NOHA Tournament of Champions with 5-1 and 6-4 wins.
This is the third consecutive year the Soo U18 AA team has won this tournament and headed straight to the Ontario Hockey Federation Championship under the leadership of Head Coach Mark Evans. They also finished first place in their division leading into TOCs.
"This year we are a well-rounded squad and the team has been putting in the work both on and off the ice for the last 7 months. The boys are mentally prepared and ready to skate among the top 5 teams in Ontario," Evans said.
"Sault Ste. Marie is known for their gritty in your face fast pace hockey and that is what we are going to bring down there . Anything can happen on any given day!
"It has been a great season and I am looking forward to seeing these young men battle for their home town on April 18th and 19th in Milton Ontario."
