We know that COVID-19 cases are happening, but often we don't know where they are. Is that OK?
The Ontario Health Coalition says health units should be more transparent when it comes to identifying workplaces — places like restaurants, grocery stores and retail outlets — where cases of COVID-19 are being seen. The coalition's push comes as Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma registered a whopping eight new cases on Sunday.
While Ontarians are being told how many cases of COVID-19 there are, there isn't enough information about where they are cropping up making it difficult to know when some industries are harder hit than others, says the OHC.
