Peacefully at Algoma Manor, Thessalon with her family by her side on Saturday March 12, 2016. Dorothy Ansley, formerly of Wharncliffe in her 87th year, beloved wife of The Late Lyle Ansley. Loving mother of Karen Mortimer ( Reg ) of Sault Ste. Marie, Cathy Jarratt ( Lynn ) of Wharncliffe, Rod Ansley ( Debbie ) of Blyth, Janice Morrison ( Billy ) of Wharncliffe, Terry Ansley ( Kim ) of Wharncliffe, Mike Ansley ( Sherry ) of Orillia and Lisa Clinton ( Ted ) of Wharncliffe. Special Grandma and G.G. to 16 grandchildren and 28 Great Grandchildren. Dear daughter of The Late Thomas and Elrye McGrath and Daughter-in-Law of The Late Ed and Ivy Ansley. Dear sister of Eva Bird ( Ken ) of Stevensville and the late Thelma Wilson ( Late Lester ), Gordon ( Late Stella ), Lloyd ( Late Mary ) and Glen ( Late Ellen ). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon on Tuesday March 15, 2016 from 7 to 9pm. Funeral service in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday March 16, 2016 at 11am with Mr Brian Mundell officiating. Interment in Wharncliffe Cemetery.
