ARDITO, Vincenzo 'Jimmy'

Peacefully at the Van Daele Manor on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at the age of 87. Jimmy is married to his beloved wife, Sylvia for over 60 years. Son of the late Fiore and Mary Ardito. Dearly loved father of Perry (Regina) of Houston, Texas and Rick. Cherished Nono of Kayla and Nikki. Brother of the late Cecilia Casola (Cash), Enes Mazzer (late Reno), Louise Elliot (Wayne) and Joe. Uncle Jimmy was loved by his many nieces and nephews. Jimmy will be fondly remembered for his love of his church (as an usher at Our Lady of Good Counsel), sports and his personality greatly endeared him to family, friends and strangers alike. Friends may visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm. Funeral Service to be held in the chapel at 1 pm. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Columbarium. A great big thank you and appreciation to Lorena MacJanet and the entire staff at the Van Daele Manor. A special thanks to Shelly Dubreuil, friend and nurse, and staff at the Sault Area Hospital for taking great care of Dad.
