It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gayle on September 5, 2020 in Spokane, Washington.
Gayle was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario on March 15, 1948. Daughter of the late Edward and Eva Gareau. Beloved wife of Ed Beenau. Amazing mom to Evalee Evans (Tony Gauthier) and Ed Evans (Sarah). Loving Nannie to Mitchell, Bailey, Parker, and Demitri. She will be missed by her brother Edward Gareau (Nadine), nieces Alison and Maggie, extended family, friends, and her Cavaliers Trevor and Drew.
Living most of her life in Sault Ste. Marie, Gayle spent her teaching career with the Sault Board of Education. She was devoted, caring, loving and strong-willed. She enjoyed showing her love for others through the many wonderful meals she prepared.
