It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Russell on May 29, 2025, at the age of 75.
Russell was the beloved and devoted husband of Nancy (Fantham). Father of Peter (Kristine) and Dawn. Stepfather of Trevor Langin (Christine) and Justin Langin. Grandfather of Chrissi, Nicholas Belkosky, Shauna and Kendra Stamper and Alina Langin. Great grandfather of Aubree.
Predeceased by his parents Peter and Laura Belkosky. Brother of the late Charlie (Dolores), the late Eddie (Madeleine), Lorne (late Edna), the late Willy, the late Mary Spooner (Rheal) and Gordie (Karen). Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no funeral service. A private inurnment will take place at a later date.
We wish to thank the Sault Area Hospital 3C staff and Extendicare Mapleview (Goulais Bay) staff for the care and compassion given to Russell during his stay.
