With deep love and sorrow, we announce the peaceful passing of Julie Lucinda E. Belleau on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the age of 68.

Julie leaves behind her partner and best friend, Renauld Labonté.

She leaves behind her cherished children: Christine, Torie (Jeffrey), Reno Jr. (Tayler), and David (Natalie). She will be missed dearly by her grandchildren: Jessie (Liam), Breanna (Jacob), Nicole, Taylor (Troy), Mikayla (Tyson), Ace, Alicia, Emma, Alexis, and Kyla—and is now reunited with her beloved granddaughter Janessa.

She will be fondly remembered by her great-grandchildren: Lux, Emmett, Declan, and Rielyn. She will also be missed by all, including her grand fur babies!

Julie will be forever missed by her mother, Audrey, and her siblings: Harrison, Gary, Audrey, Patricia, Shannon, Paul, Randy, Michael, and Gerry. She is now reunited with her father, Frederick, and her siblings, Peggy and Reginald. She will always be adored by the many nieces and nephews she leaves behind.

Julie was deeply loved and fortunate to have close friends in her life, including Rejean, Beverly, Dimitri, Sarina, Regina, and Brandon.

Born on March 29, 1957, Julie was a vibrant, loving woman whose spirit touched everyone she met. Her beautiful blue eyes held a quiet strength, and her smile—warm, bright, and contagious—could lift anyone’s heart.

Julie had a deep love for music and dancing. Whether swaying in the kitchen or singing along to her favourite songs, she carried joy wherever she went. She also had a playful side and could often be found enjoying a game of pool on her laptop, always with a win and a grin.

Above all, Julie was devoted to her family. She always put everyone before herself. She was a strong, compassionate woman who gave everything she had to those she loved. Her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the love for her partner, Reno, were her world—and she made sure they felt it in every word, every hug, and every gesture. Julie leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and unforgettable memories. She will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the blessing of knowing her.

A private family service has been held. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Please honour Julie by listening to your favourite song, dancing freely, and holding your loved ones close. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donations (payable by cheque or online) to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East 705-759-2522). Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.arthurfuneralhome.com for the Belleau family.

Her love lives on in us all.
