Peacefully at the Mapleview on Friday, February 12, 2016 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of the late Christine and dear father of the late John Bereta. Also survived by relatives and friends in Canada and Poland. A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Family Parish with Father Boguslaw Jaroszek officiating on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 11 am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Autistic Society would be appreciated.
