BJORNAA, Duane

Peacefully at home on Monday, July 11, 2016 at the age of 73.  Survived by his loving wife Jo-Anne Bjornaa. Duane will lovingly be remembered by his children Denise, Andrew, Amanda, Michael, Billy, Summer, and his step children. He will also be missed by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Olaf (Ollie) and Agnes Bjornaa. Brother of Anna (late Donald James), Olaf (Iolene), Caroline (Ron Ainslie), Andy Clark (Cathy), Agnes (Mervyn Lidstone) and the late Allan (Cindy). Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Duane was a proud Ironworker and story teller and will be missed by many. Family and Friends may call at O’Sullivan Funeral Home (Corner of Cathcart and St. James St.) on Monday July 18, 2016 from 10:30am until time of service at 11:30am. Interment in Batchewana Bay to follow. There will be refreshments after the burial at the Batchewana Bay Hall. The family would like to thank the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service and the Fire and Paramedics for the help given.
