Dearly loved Gramma of Jennifer (Geoff), Teresa (Steve), Ryan (Connie), Sarah (Christopher), Chantelle (Ricky), Lucas (Victoria), Spencer, Scarlett (Aaron), Jade, and Barak.  Doting Nana of Charlotte, Aiden, Shannah, Calin, Braelyn, Liam, Connor, Noah, Riley, Carter, Gabrielle, Ryder, Brooklyn, Elijah, Judah, and Eden. Teresa was also affectionately known as “Nonna Poohpee”. Precious daughter of the late Luigi and Palma Maccarone. Dedicated sister of the late Mary (late Lou), late Rose (late Angelo), Gena (late Leonard, late Joe), Frank, Angela (Stu) and John.  Much loved sister-in-law of the late Zina (late Nick), Reno (Isabel), Anita (late Italo), Joseph (Gloria), Dennis (Christine) and the late Jeannette.  Treasured Aunt to many special nieces and nephews.  As Matriarch, Teresa was lovingly dedicated to her family.  She made every holiday and family event very special.  She loved to bake, cook, garden and always needed to make sure that everyone was well fed. Teresa was very dedicated to her church and parish family.  She was a minister of the Eucharist, a lecturer, a member of the choir and C.W.L., until her failing health required her to step down.  The ladies prayer group was also special to Teresa and meant so very much to her. The one thing that Teresa always shared with everyone, and was known as her trademark, was her big, beautiful smile.  Whether sick, sad, happy or glad, she always wore a smile that made you smile back, leaving a lasting impression on your heart. She will be greatly missed but we have been blessed to have her in our lives. Family and friends are invited to call at O’Sullivan Funeral and Cremation Centre on Friday January 5, 2018 from 6:00pm-9:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Parish (208 Prentice) on Saturday January 6, 2018 at 10:00am with Father Boguslaw Jaroszek officiating. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery to follow. The family would like to thank all those dedicated to the care of the residents at the F.J. Davey Home and most specially the loving caregivers in Birch Lane 1.  A gracious thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Sault Area Hospital ER and 3C.  We are also grateful for the devoted homecare workers from CCAC We Care who lovingly took such good care of our Mom while she lived at home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the F. J. Davey Home Foundation or Holy Family Parish.
