CARR, Eric Robert ‘Rick’

Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Thursday, November 23, 2017, surrounded by the love of his family at the age of 75. Best friend and companion of his wife Noreen (nee Smyth) for 53 years. Cherished father of Scott (Stephanie) and Nancy Kovich. Beloved Grandpa of Tianna and Tyler Kovich and Brett and Emily Carr. Brother of the late Bernice (Gord), late Jim (Carol), late Eunice (Bob), Leonard (Merle), Irene (late Reay), Edith (Bill), Ed (Mary Ann), Ben (Val) and Margie (late Ed). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and special friends Grant and Shawn. He loved spending time at camp hunting and fishing, spending time with his grandchildren and was always there to lend a helping hand when someone needed it. Honouring his wishes, there will be no services held. Memorial contributions to ARCH or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Special thanks to the many doctors and nurses who took care of Rick in the hospital and to family and friends for their thoughts and prayers.
