CHIASSON, Ruth (Best)

At the age of 87, on Saturday, November 5, 2016, surrounded by her loving family, our Lord and Saviour called her home. Daughter of the late Kenneth and Olive Steinburg. Wife of the late Thomas Chiasson, married 1950 to 2001 and remarried to the late Francis Best 2004 to 2011. Loving Mother of Linda Wakefield (Doug), Anne-Marie Chiasson (Andy) and Tammy-Jean Chiasson (Robert). Adored Grandmother of Lori Antepoehler, Shane Barill, Jimmy Chiasson, Jonathan Spaeth, Thomas Spaeth, Ercole Serrao, Kristina Serrao, Bridgette Coccimiglio and precious Great Grandmother of Matthew, Kevin, Ava, Mikayla and Mason. Sweetest Adoptive Grandmother to Stacey and Ivaney Borissov. Ruth is one of six children and survived by her sister, Kathleen Laird. Also survived by many nieces and nephews whom she adored. Grammy, nana, friend, mom, Ruth was loved by so many and loved so many in return. We know Heaven is celebrating your arrival; we will miss you very much, till we see each other again, we will keep your legacy of Faith, Hope, and Love. Family and friends may visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 9 am until 11 am. Funeral service to be held in the chapel at 11:30 am. Rev.
