DELHENTY, Leamon Edmond

(May 8th 1926 – April 20th 2017) - Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday April 20, 2017 in his 91st year, beloved husband of Margaret Delhenty. Son of the late Gordon and Evelyn Delhenty. Cherished father of Richard Delhenty, Pam Tremelling (John), Kathy Pertteli (Albert), Susan McGregor of Thessalon and Dana Dumond (Gerry) of Moose Jaw. Loving Grandfather to Richard Delhenty, Randy Delhenty (Marianne), Robin Delhenty, Ryan Delhenty, Samantha Delhenty (Kurt McLeod), John Thomas Tremelling (Jennin), Tricia Young (Corey), Jeffery Tremelling, Jason Tremelling, Marty Pertteli (Pam), late Chantelle Pertteli, Kurt McGregor, Adam McGregor, Amber McGregor, Jordon Dumond (Amanda), Nathan Dumond. Loving Great Grandfather to 11 Great Grandchildren. Dear Brother of Bonnie Robinson (late Ted), Nolan Delhenty (Marilyn), late Crandon Delhenty, late Florence McFarling (late Rueben), late Dorthy Diltz. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  At the family’s request there will be no service at this time; a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.  Special thanks to Dr Keating, Megan and Beth at the Thessalon Medical Clinic and the wonderful staff at the Community Care Access Centre and Bayshore Home Health for all their help and support during his home care.
