Passed away peacefully at Sault Area Hospital on May 30, 2021, at the age of 88. Survived by his wife, Shirley. Eugene fought a hard battle with Alzheimer’s/dementia for over 5 years. He was an exceptional hard worker and an extraordinary man who always put family first and himself last. He was always there to help anybody at anytime. Father of Brenda Marinovich (Niko) and Alan (Vicky). Grandfather of Brandon, Brianna, Riely, Samantha and Lauren. Great grandfather of Kaleb and Kohen. Son of the late Joseph and Cecile Deveau. Brother of Gaston, Alfred, Daniel, Arthur, Gerald, Linus, Leonard, Robert, Willie, Mary Catherine, Agnes, Yvonne and Jeanne. Special uncle to many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
