Passed away unexpectedly in Sault Ste. Marie on Friday, September 13, 2024, at the age of 59.
Survived by his wife Carmen Black. Father to Jenilee, Shaun, Christina (Paul) and Corey (Christine). Grandfather to Hunter, Holly, Shawna (Jeff), Keesha, Randi-Lynn, Levi, Solomon, Joshua, Jacob, Lindsay and Kassandra. Great grandfather of 3.
Son of the late Weldon and Amelia Diotte. Brother Kathy Agnew (Bill), Jane Yacko (Joe), Elaine Sauve (Norm) and Bill Diotte (Shaz). Brother-in-law to Dave, Daniel and Jaqueline (Terry). Uncle to numerous nieces and nephews.
Andy dedicated his days to working outdoors, his hands nurturing the earth in gardens and contributing to the betterment of Summit Ave. His commitment to hard work was only matched by his readiness to help anyone in need, always the first to lend a hand. He will be missed by family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, September 23, 2024, at O’Sullivan Funeral Home (215 St. James St, SSM) from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
