The brightest stars burnout the fastest…

Connor was tragically taken from his family, friends, and community in an accident at 15 years of age on Sunday, April 20, 2025.

He will be forever missed by his mother, Melanie Dunn and father, John Lepage, adoring brother Cash Dunn and devoted grandmother Sheila Dunn (predeceased grandfather Leonard Dunn). He will be missed by countless family including uncles, aunts, cousins, and close family friends that he chose to be his family. Predeceased by his late grandmother Joanne Lepage (late Joseph Carbone) and late grandfather Randall Lepage (Vivian Thompson).

Connor was an energetic, charismatic force to be reckoned with since the day he was born. Everyone gravitated to him like the sun, anyone in his presence shined bright. Connor had the biggest heart, kindest soul, most giving nature, infectious smile and would always be making others laugh. He would be so happy, yet so astonished, by the impact his absence has had on our community. Part of his charm was that he was not even aware how important he was. He deeply loved his family and his friends. It is heartwarming that he had so many amazing young people in his life, but they now must grow up without him. Those wonderful young people have been trying to care for themselves and Connor’s mom through this, for which she will be ever so grateful. Connor’s family has found comfort through their grief, with the continued presence of Connor’s friends as they visit. His family asks his friends to continue to fill the house with Connor’s spirit.

Connor had a sensitive and thoughtful nature inside his vivacious exterior. If he knew a child didn’t have lunch, he would bring a second lunch, if he saw an animal that needed rescuing, he brought them home. If he was permitted, he would have grown into a remarkable man who would have been able to help so many.

Connor’s passion was sports and coming in a close second was his love of music. He proudly wheeled his loudspeaker to the dressing rooms. He loved to entertain and included anyone he met to join. No gathering was too big or small that anyone would be left out. He invited all kids to his hotel room on tournaments and when at home he invited one and all to spend each and every weekend.

The family is grateful for those who have honoured Connor’s life, including all the coaches, teachers, friends, Korah Colts family, soccer family, hockey family and countless more.

Connor was looking forward to getting his drivers licence, first job and starting his hockey season. We have all been touched and inspired by this young man and one can only imagine the impact he would have had on the world if he was just given the opportunity.

Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Helen Smith officiating. Interment to follow at West Korah Cemetery (Avery Rd & Allen’s Side Rd), where Connor will be laid to rest close to his grandfather.
