FIGURES, Alfred Eugene Jr.

(September 13, 1929 – October 7, 2017) – Passed peacefully at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice with his children by his side at the age of 88.  Alfred was the son of Alfred Figures Sr. and Loma (nee James).  Husband of the late Harriet.  Beloved father of sons Donald Figures and Brian Figures (Connie) and his daughters Susan Figures and Lori Kraft.  Stepfather to Vivian Fairburn (Rob), Denise Bourgeois and Karen Bourgeois.  Predeceased by his brother, Bob and sisters Beverly Anne and Helene.  Survived by his sister Theresa Henderson.  Proud grandfather of eight and great grandfather of six.  As per his wishes a private family graveside service has taken place.  Memorial contributions to Kotitalo (Ontario Finnish Rest Home) or ARCH would be appreciated by the family.  A special thanks to the staff at Kotitalo and to the staff at ARCH.  He could have not received better care.  (Arrangements entrusted to the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East 705-759-2522).
