It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of our dear Nicole on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at the tender age of 28. Nicole will always be remembered by her mom and best friend, Olga and her dearly loved father Manfred Fischer. Best little sister of Amanda (Darryl Johnson). Treasured granddaughter of her Nonna Bertilla Zambusi and her late Nonno Arvasio Zambusi. Beloved niece of Andrea (late Angela), Veronica (late Uncle Fish), Ursula (Mike) and Rosie. She will be missed by her boyfriend Mark Pasternak. Nicole’s radiant smile will be missed by her extended family and friends. Nicole loved you all, more than you will know. Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral Mass to be celebrated from St. Gregory’s Catholic Church on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 11:00 am with Father Eric Pannike officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. A very special thank you to Auntie Veronica, Kim, Jessie and so many more friends and family for comforting us during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to programs that have benefited Nicole and so many other adults with development disabilities; these are Breaking Away and Adult Enrichment Centre or her lifetime church, St. Gregory’s Catholic Church Building Fund.
