It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved father after a brief battle with cancer surrounded by his loving family at ARCH on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at the age of 86. Devoted husband of the late Antonietta. Loving father of Alba, Gina Sandvik (Wayne) and Marisa. Cherished and proud Nonno of Robert and Julia Sandvik. Son of the late Geniale and Maria. Dear brother of the late Giuseppe, late Caterina Guzzo (late Gino), late Antonio (late Adelina), late Settimio (late Gilda), late Teresa Buffone (late Michele), late Rosario (late Rosaria) late Ortenzia Guzzo (late Francesco), Ida DeGregorio (late Francesco), Lucia Guzzo (late Giovanni) and Emma Gatto. Enrico will be fondly remembered by the Vocaturo family, many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. A cherished memory with Enrico would involve a walk through his garden, listening to him speak about his family with pride. Friends may visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 from 5 – 8 pm. Funeral Mass to be celebrated from St. Gregory’s Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 11:30 am. Rev. Alex Saurianthadathil officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum. Memorial contributions to the Sault Area Hospital (SAH) Foundation or the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) would be appreciated by the family. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. P.
