She will be forever remembered and cherished by her best friends Marlene and Sandy.

Marlene was very devoted to her faith, spending her years as a volunteer for Emmanuel United Church. A true passion of hers. In her spare time, Marlene enjoyed knitting. She was also an avid hockey lover, for 60 years she was a season ticket holder for the Soo Greyhounds. Marlene also loved to cook and bake. In her life, she worked as a head cook, an excellent one at that. She was known for her delicious cinnamon buns and killer pie crusts.
