Peacefully passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the age of 47 with family by his side. He was an amazing man, incredible father, loving husband and selfless friend. Loving husband of Elizabeth. Cherished father of Lillie. Dear son of Yuet and the late Yet. Dear brother of Mary Jin Moore (Jim), James, Henry (Laurie), Paul and the late Shellie Jin Stocks (Mike). Son-in-law of Brian and Kathy Lidstone. Brother-in-law of Brien (Emily). Victor will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Kathrin for going above and beyond from beginning to end. Sadly missed by his special friend Mike McPherson and many other special friends.
