It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lynn while surround by his family on July 14, 2016 at the age of 71 at the Sudbury Health Sciences Center. Beloved and adoring husband of Catherine for 35 years. Cherished father and "Superman" of Rachel and Craig.  Son of the late Mark and Jean. Brother of Marion Godfrey (Damon), Gwen Wolowich (Walter), late Ronald (late Rose Marie), Gerald (Sharron), Beth Fiacconi (Henry), Ken (Barbara), and precious twin of Leslie (Shirley). Son-in-law of the late Mervin and Elizabeth Perrault. Brother-in-law of Geraldine Chateau (Denis), John P. McGrath (Donna), and Mary “Lou” Richert. Lynn was a special Uncle who will be deeply missed by many nieces and nephews. Lynn spent 44 glorious summers at our camp at Fred's Trailer Park on St. Joseph Island where he happily stoked his fire and had many treasured friends. Dad we promise to keep the fire burning. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 from 3-5 pm and 6-9pm. Funeral mass to be celebrated from St. Gregory’s Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 10am. Rev. Alex Saurianthadathil officiating. Cremation to follow. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Columbarium. Memorial contributions to Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) or St. Gregory’s Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family.
