KENDRICK, John Reid

Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, November 6, 2017 at the age of 63.  Son of the late Jack and Lorna.  Father of Molly D’Agostini (Jake) and John Corboy (Nora).  Grandfather of 4.  Dear brother of Shelley McEachern (Dennis) and Marshall (Suzan).  Special Uncle of Jennifer Dawson (Justin) and Julie McEachern (John Merrett).  John will be sadly missed by his dear friends Kerry, Stu and Smiley.  Those who knew him well, knew of his struggles with alcoholism, but despite his hardships he was a kind and gentle soul who loved his volunteer work with theatre, his friends from Checker Cab and 7500 taxi and time spent sharing holidays with close family and friends.  At the request of the family there will be a private gathering with interment Greenwood Cemetery Urn Garden.  Memorial contributions made to the Ken Brown Recovery Home would be appreciated by the family.
