Veikko Koskenoja passed away peacefully at Mauno Kaihla Koti on Wednesday, January 9, 2002 at the age of 71 years. Loving husband of Kyllikki. Beloved father of Harry (Leila), Nina, Ari (Marjorie), Ian and Marko. Cherished pappa of Tyler, Lindsay and Viktoria. Dear brother of Vieno Karlsson (Henry) of Finland. Also survived by his nieces and nephews in Finland. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home on Saturday, Jan. 12 from 12:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Erkki Taivainen officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Ontario Finnish Resthome Association would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the staff of the Mauno Kaihla Koti.
