Passed away peacefully at Tendercare Nursing Home on Friday, August 27, 2004 at the age of 88. Loving husband of the late Annie Pearl Smith Laird. Cherished father of Neil (Shirley) of St. Catharines, Sandra Wilson (Frank), Charles, Carolyn Buckley and Arden (Rose) all of Sault Ste. Marie. Special grandfather and great grandfather to many. Also survived by his brother, Jack (Doreen) of Port Lambton, Ontario, and sisters, Irene Coulson (Joseph) and Margaret Gillian (Fred) both of Sault Ste. Marie and predeceased by his sister, Jean Hicklin. Todd retired from Algoma Steel in 1973. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Monday, August 30, 2004 from 7-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday, August 31, 2004 at 11 am. Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
