August 13, 1929 – March 22, 2016
 
Peacefully at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on March 22, 2016 in her 87th year.  Predeceased by loving husband Ralph.  Daughter of the late Erma and Angus MacDonald. Mother of Cleo Walker (Gord) and Patricia Watson.  Loving Grandmother of Kimbal Beckett (Anita), Chris Beckett and Sammi Jo Hindermeier (Rick).  Loving Nana Jo to Simon, Oliver and Oscar Beckett and Katie and Abigail Hindermeier.  Dear Sister of Gertrude Carter (late Orville), late Harold Smith (Norma), late Allen Smith (late Lillian) and late infant brother Robert Angus MacDonald.  Special thanks to the Sault Area Hospital Palliative Care Unit, the Cancer Clinic, Community Care Access Centre, We Care, Red Cross and the Angels of ARCH.  Special thanks to Joan St. Jules and Roma Barber.  A Celebration of Life will take place on April 23rd, 2016 at the home of Patricia Watson at 21 Genelle Street West, Thessalon between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00.  A private interment will be held at a later date.
