It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Antonio, surrounded by his loving family, at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, January 27, 2025 at the age of 88. Loving husband of Lidia for 59 years. Cherished father and friend of his beloved boys: Frank (Tracy), Jim (Franca), Mario (Lori). Proud Nonno of Brittany (Mark), Shannon, Bianca, Carina, Sara and Emily. Son of the late Frank and late Erminia Liguori. Predeceased by his siblings Andrea (late Antonietta), Caterina (late Guiseppe), Luigi (late Carmella), Peppino (Antoinetta), Lucia (Vincenzo), Teresina, Annuziato (late Letizia) and Umilio (late Ida). Son-in-law of the late Carmen and Carmella Coccimiglio. Brother-in-law of Franca Shoemaker (Greg), Orlando Coccimiglio (Pina), Antonio Coccimiglio (late Carla), Giovanni Coccimiglio (late Antonetta), Ida (Agustino), Settemia (Antonio), Paulina (Angelo), Rosa (Franco) and Elisa (Joe). He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Dear friend of Angelo & Rosa Correale and Nella Nicoletta (late Antonio).

Antonio’s life was full of love for his family, but his greatest joy in life were his grandkids. They brought him so much happiness. Lidia’s cooking was something he thoroughly enjoyed. His passion was his vegetable garden, and he was proud he could help Lidia put her delicious food on the table. Antonio loved to travel. He enjoyed many trips to Italy to visit family, Florida to enjoy time with friends and Las Vegas to try his luck at the casinos.
