Peacefully at Extendicare Van Daele on Monday, June 19, 2017 at the age of 85. Predeceased by her parents Dr. Irwin McMurchie and Amy Ethel Lloyd. Janet was a long time employee for the Veteran’s Affair and also worked at the Sault Ste. Marie Public Library. Cremation will take place and burial at a later date with her parents in Newmarket, Ontario. Memorial contributions to the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society would be appreciated.
