Our Dad, from a young age until retirement was employed at the Sault Star. Dad and mom loved to travel, golf, take care of their beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. Our Dad played hockey, baseball, and was a member of the Legion Band (played trumpet). He enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren participate in all forms of sports. He had his favorite sports teams, the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Tigers and attended many of their games. Our Dad also enjoyed going out for supper every Friday and meeting new people along the way.

Cremation has taken place. A private family committal will take place at St. Lukes Cathedral Columbarium. If so desired, memorial donations can be made to the F.J. Davey Home, Sault Ste Marie Humane Society or the charity of your choice.

A special thank you to the caring staff at the F.J Davey Home – Apple Orchard 1 for their compassion and kindness shown to Dad and his family during his brief stay.
