Shirley Mackay went to be with God on Thursday, February 21, 2002. Dear daughter of Olive Brunton (late Stewart). Beloved wife of Ralph. Best friend and mother of Carey Smith (Brad), Keith (Tricia), and Kevin (Kerstin). Special Grandma K to Brett and Brooke. Loving friend and partner of Ray Nelson. Sister of Harry (Fran), Bill (Gail), Lloyd (Della), Jean Linquist (Vic), Judy Dixon (John), Sharon Ledyit (Ed), Don (Jean). Also survived by many nieces and nephews and many good friends. Shirley was a happy caring person who lived for the moment and will be greatly missed. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home on Sunday, Feb. 24 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, Feb. 25 at 11:00 a.m. with Mr. Jim Tulloch officiating. Interment at Port Findlay Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Huntington Society would be appreciated by the family.
