(1912 – 2016) – It is with great sadness, the family of Gladys, announces her passing at Maple View Extendicare on Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Alex. Mother of Beverley (John) and Douglas. She will be missed by all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, brothers, sisters, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. She will be missed by her brother Ken Otway (June) of B.C., sister Betty Arneson of Thunder Bay, sister-in-law Josie MacLachlan of N.S., brother-in-law Jim MacLachlan of Toronto also many nieces and nephews. A private family funeral has taken place. Thank you to all nursing staff at Maple View Nursing Home – Lake Superior who took such good care of mom.
