MAJ, STANISLAW (STANLEY)

Stanley passed away peacefully at Cedarwood Lodge on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 in his 94th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Janina. He will always be lovingly remembered by his children Wanda Maj, George (Judy), Marian, Lydia (Wally) Skrzydlewski and Janie (Slawek) Jaglielnik. Predeceased by his son Edward. Grandpa of many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Stanley was predeceased by all his siblings. Caring uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his many friends he made over the years. Family and Friends may call at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (corner of Cathcart and St. James St) on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral mass to be celebrated at Holy Family Parish (208 Prentice Ave) at 11:00am on Saturday, February 20, 2016 with Father Boguslaw Jaroszek officiating. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. The family would like to send special thanks to The Red Cross Girls; Sarah, Mary, Patty, Rachel and Stacey as well as the doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers at Cedarwood Lodge and SAH for the many years of care.
