MARRELLI, Matilde (nee Pucci)

After a courageous 3 year battle with cancer, Matilde passed away peacefully at Cedarwood Lodge, on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. She was just shy of her 88th birthday. Predeceased by her loving husband Eugenio. Matilde is lovingly remembered by her children Leo Marrelli, Hugo Marrelli and Robert Marrelli. She was predeceased by her son Arnold Marrelli. Caring sister of Elvira (late Vincenzo) Bruni. Daughter of the late Salvatore and Louisa Pucci. Matilde will also be missed by her numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Family and Friends may call at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (corner of Cathcart and St. James St) on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church (293 St. Georges Ave. E) on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 1:00pm with Father Jaroslaw Lazoryk officiating. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum. Memorial donations in Matilde’s memory may be made to the Sault Area Hospital Cancer Clinic and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
