Ceri was an excellent seamstress and well known in Iron Bridge for these skills. She was also a proficient knitter and her children and grandchildren looked forward to receiving her hand knitted socks and mittens every year for Christmas. There was always room at her table to feed extra mouths... the neighbourhood kids were always there and looked forward to her Friday night baked beans. She was fiercely loyal and lived for her family. Although we are saddened by the loss of our family’s matriarch, we know her humour and spirit will live on through the generations.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Algoma Manor for their loving care and compassion over the years.
