We are very saddened to announce the passing of Jessie McGill in her 92nd year at Extendicare Maple View on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Loving wife of the late Edmund McGill. Beloved sister of Georgena Bennett (late Jim) and Robert Gordon (Vi). Beloved sister-in-law of the late Joan and Bill Halzendorff and the late Patrick and Sheila McGill. Jessie will be missed by her nieces and nephews Shelley, Linda, Jeff, Rob, Heather, Dana and Judy and her great nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 1 – 2:30 pm. A private family service will take place in the chapel. Memorial contributions to the James K. Bennett Palliative Care Fund would be appreciated. Special thanks to the compassionate nursing staff on Twin Lakes, Maple View for their loving care of Jessie.
