NEVEAU, Sarah Bernadette

Peacefully passed away with family by her side at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, March 7, 2016 at the age of 69.  Soulmate of 52 years of the late Michael Cleis.  Lovingly remembered by her children; Margaret Rose, Michele, Jamie (Jackie), Crystal (Stan), and Melissa Agawa (Frank).  Proud grandmother of 18 and great grandmother of 12.  She will also be missed by her cat Modzon and late dog Harley.  Daughter of the late John P. and Rose Corbiere.  Dear sister of Lucy Eastman (late Earl), Jim Corbiere (Lila) and predeceased by her siblings Elizabeth Brydges (Jack), Cecile Eklund (Oliver), Alex (Ruby), Mary Cress (Raymond Sr,), Nelson Corbiere, Max Corbiere, Edward Corbiere and Margaret Coghill.  Daughter-in-law of the late Micheal Neveau and the late Margaret Daigle Lesage.  Sister-in-law of Eileen Cooper (late Barry) and predeceased by Rose Mann (late Harry) and Mary Jane McDonald (Jerry).  She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, special friends and cousins in M’Chigeeng, Manitoulin Island, Gros Cap, Batchewana, Rankin, Goulais and Sault Ste. Marie.  Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm with a service to follow in the chapel at 2 pm. Brother John Haskell officiating.  Interment of cremated remains and feast to be held at a later date in Goulais Mission.  Memorial contributions to the SAH Foundation would be appreciated by the family.  Sarah’s family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the Sault Area Hospital for all the care and compassion given.
