NOTT, Lawrence

Passed away peacefully at ARCH on Monday, February 22, 2016 at the age of 86.  Beloved husband of the late Ruth (Bertrand).  Loved father of Victor Nott (Nyna), Cameron Nott (Teresa) and Cate Infanti (Steve).  Proud Grandpa of James and Hannah Nott, Levi and Angela Nott, Melanie and Tonya Hilts.  Dearest friend of Geraldine Corbett.  Predeceased by his brother Edwin and sister Myrtle Nott. Lawrence loved composing and playing music.  Sweet Daffodil, The Lord Bless and Keep You, This was the Son of God and I’ll Walk with God were four of his favourite compositions.  Cremation has taken place and a service with inurnment will take place at a later date.  Memorial donations to your church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. A very special and grateful thank you to all the staff at Kotitalo, Ontario Finnish Rest Home for all their care and concern these past 8 months.  Also grateful thanks for the compassionate care given to Lawrence by the SAH staff and ARCH staff these past few weeks.  God’s blessings on each of you.
