PAGNOTTA, Amalia

Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, April 15, 2017 with her family by her side at the age of 76.  Her many years of suffering are now over. Devoted wife of Giovanni for over 57 years. Loving mother of Fernando (Tony) (Anne-Marie) and Lydia Guzzo (Aldo). Dearly loved Nonna of Ashleigh Pagnotta and Joshua Guzzo. Predeceased by her parents Michele and Carolina Mazzuca, her brothers, Settimio and Guido, and her father and mother-in-law Ferdinando and Giuseppina Pagnotta. Survived by sister Maria Cuglietta (late Giovanni) France, and Mario Mazzuca (Vanda). Sister-in-law of Eugenio Pagnotta (Angela), Michele Pagnotta (Franca), Arturo Pagnotta (Ida), Carmela Guidoccio (late Gabriele), Orlando Pagnotta (Maria), Rosetta Fiorelli (Giuseppe) and Egidio Pagnotta (Maria). Remembered by many nieces and nephews. Mom was strong in her faith and loved her family, especially her grandchildren whom she loved dearly. Friends and family are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Gerard Majella on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 11:30 am. Rev. Francis Ezenezi officiating. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum.
