February 14, 1941 – July 6, 2017

Peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Thursday July 6, 2017. Ed Power in his 77th year, beloved husband of Sharon Power for 21 years.  Loving father of Joe Power ( Lydia ) of Caledon, Terry Page ( Donnie ) of Huntsville, Sandra Wheeler ( Sheldon ) of Fort St. John BC, Tina Jolicoeur of Dundalk, Steven Jolicoeur ( Marnie ) of Mississauga and the late Carol Jolicoeur and Willy Jolicoeur.  Special Poppa to Jesse, Elizabeth, Matthew, Sarah, Nicole, Jake, Bradley, Benjamin, Jessie, Jamie, Khione, Willy and Joey and Great Grandfather to 8 great grandchildren.  Dear brother of Pat Power, Phyllis Johnstone ( Bobby ) and the late Donald Power and Mary Lou Power all of Miramichi.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  At Ed’s request there will be no services at this time.  Donations to the Cancer Society gratefully accepted.  Arrangements entrusted to Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon, Ontario.
