Peacefully passed away at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice  on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 surrounded by her family at the age of 70.  Loving mother of John, Allen and Robert.  Cherished grandmother of Ronnie, Crystal Rose, Alicia, Kayla, Dominic, Joshua, Samantha and Kelsey.  Dear sister of Pamela, Cheryl Bolton (late Albert), late Marsha and Brenda.  Valerie will be remembered by her nieces and nephews, Rhonda, Richard, Karen and Michael Nichol, Debbie and Curtis Bolton.  At Valerie’s request there will be no services.  Memorial contributions to the Canadian Red Cross or to the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) would be greatly appreciated.  Expressions of sympathy may be offered at www.arthurfuneralhome.com.
