Giovanni will always be remembered for his love of life and spending time with family of which he was the rock! Proud of his years working for Algoma Contractors, his love for soccer and the many years he spent coaching. Most of all he was the proud founder of the Pulente Brothers, a band that entertained in the Soo, and in many Italian clubs throughout Canada for four decades. Giovanni immigrated from Italy in 1958, and began entertaining during Italian shows as a comedian and singer at the Princess Theatre on Gore Street. He will always be loved and respected by family, and the many friends he had. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews in Italy and Canada, and will be missed by his many great-grandchildren. The Pulente family would like to thank Dr. Mario Febbraro for the many years of care and recently Dr. Charles Jenkins. Thank you to all of the nurses on 3B and 3C at the Sault Area Hospital and a special thank you to the great staff in the Intensive Care Unit. God bless you all for your care.
