(April 26, 1932 - November 7, 2016) - It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Gordon, age 84, on November 7, 2016, in Chapala, Mexico. Beloved spouse and companion of Marjorie Ewing, loving step-father of Heather, father of Claude (Bev), Gwen (Daryl) and Ruth (the late Ed Sharpe). Cherished grandfather of Kaleena, Jeff, Dwayne, Julian, and great grandfather of 3. Dear brother of Phyllis Floyd, the late Sylvester, Donald and Harold. Gordon is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Gordon has been a resident of Elliot Lake for the past 5 years. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. A Legion Service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
