It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our cherished mother in her 96th year. Peacefully, with family by her side she left us to join her beloved husband Dan Scholar Sr. and family waiting for her at heaven’s door. She leaves behind sons Gerald ( Bonnie ), James, daughters Edith Denkers ( Richard ), Margie Scholar ( Rick ). Predeceased by sons Dan Jr. ( Jean ), Michael and daughter Beth Thomas ( Terry ) and Infant children Sharon Ann, Patricia and Gordon. Daughter of the late Albert Dwyer and Gertrude ( nee Farrell ). Sister of The Late Mary McKee ( Late Lloyd ). Mom will be sadly missed by many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchild, nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered by sisters-in-law Sally Bird ( Late Glen ), Fredda Roy ( Late Moise ), The Late Theresa St. John ( Late Earl ) and The Late Margaret Clinton ( Late John ). The family would like to thank all of the staff at Algoma Manor for the loving care Mom received over the many years she resided there. God bless you all. Funeral Mass to celebrate Patricia’s life will be held at St. Ambrose Catholic Church on Friday February 5, 2016 at 11 o'clock. Spring interment in Pine Grove Cemetery.
