It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Bob, with his family by his side. After a long, rewarding life, Bob left this world on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, on his way to explore a new world. Loving and grateful husband of Linda for over 35 years, the best time of his life. She was the glue that held his life together. Proud father of Dan Sheehan, who blessed Bob’s life in many ways, including 6 beautiful grandchildren and one bouncy great-grandson, Abe. Born in 1944 to Robert E. and Mary E. Sheehan. He had an enjoyable youth with his seven siblings. Proud brother of Tom (Penny), Patrick (Stacey), late Dennis, William (Mary Ann), Mary Dakin, Barbara Welch (John) and Alan (Colleen). Uncle of his many nephews and nieces. A grateful friend of Bill W. He will be dearly missed by his furry friend, Charlie.
Thank you to Denise for her TLC, morning and afternoon visits, and most of all offering her never ending support and love. A special thank you to his lifelong friend Ray Smith and a shout out to his Tagla buddies. A special thank you to all the wonderful, caring support workers at Algoma Residential Community Hospice for their excellent care and kindness during the end of Bob’s life journey.
