SILTANEN, Kenneth 'Ken'

Peacefully at Cedarwood Lodge, with his family by his side, on Tuesday May 24, 2016, Ken Siltanen at the age of 91. Loving husband of Patty Siltanen. Father of Terry (Mary) Siltanen, Donna Siltanen and Elizabeth (Alex) Tworo. Papa of Nicole (Curt) Pickering, Dr. Don (Elena) Siltanen,  Rachel (Rodney) Kwok, Sarah Tworo and Lyvia Gibbs.  Great grandfather of Michael and Polly Siltanen, Mathis, Elea and Evitt Kwok and Trey Pickering. Special brother to Bill Kangas, the late Ray (late Peggy) Siltanen and Gerald (Jiggers) Siltanen. Ken will be missed by his Mekatina Lake hunting group of many years and his neighbors at Horseshoe Bay. As per Ken’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation will take place. A private gathering will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the nurses and PSW’s of Cedarwood Lodge for the care given to Ken.
